To begin their Book Adventure, kids can register as New Readers! Book Adventure does not cost anything and is designed to be easy, fast, and private. A child's teacher and/or parent is the only person who can access a child's Book Adventure account information other than the child. Kids select Home Reader if they're using Book Adventure with their parent, and School Reader if they're using Book Adventure with their teacher. Then they think up a unique User Name and complete the form.
A School User account connects a child's account to his or her teacher when the child enters a Class Name provided by that teacher.
A Home User account connects a child's account to his or her parent via a parent e-mail address provided by the child.
A registered parent or teacher is the one who approves prize requests, but Readers can use Book Adventure, even if they don't have a registered parent.
